1. Weekly security checks and „occupancy protection”

In Spain, protecting properties is most critical in the first 48 hours. We minimize risks with our weekly visits:

  • Physical presence: During regular checks, we make sure that doors, windows, locks, and alarm systems are intact.
  • Prevention: We empty the mailbox, move the shutters, and check external signs to ensure that the property always appears to be occupied, deterring unauthorized intruders.
  • Immediate reporting: After each check, we send you a digital status report (with photos on request) so that you are up to date on the security of your property.

 

2. Technical condition assessment and maintenance

The coastal air and the island’s climate require special attention. We prevent major damage by:

  • Regular inspections: We check the water pipes (opening taps to prevent stagnant water), the electrical network, and the functioning of air conditioning systems.
  • Post-storm inspections: After a major calima or storm, we carry out an extraordinary inspection of the terraces, roof structure, and drainage.

 

3. Quick service and maintenance

We don’t just detect the problem, we fix it too. We undertake the following with our own team of specialists or reliable subcontractors:

  • Minor repairs (e.g. tap replacement, paint repairs, furniture replacement, replacement of light fixtures and light switches, etc.).
  • Garden maintenance.
  • Supervision of larger projects and on-site representation when specialists arrive.
